JMG Plumbing is the plumbing sub remodeling contractors call when the schedule actually matters. Tub-to-shower conversions, fixture relocations, kitchen and island lines, rough-in to trim-out — bid fast, roughed in on your dates, and passed on the first inspection so your tile and drywall crews are never standing around waiting on the plumber.

What We Handle

Everything a bathroom or kitchen remodel needs from the plumber — scoped clearly at bid time, sequenced around your other trades, and finished to the standard your client is paying you for. We grew out of a general contracting company, so we run our scope the way a GC wishes every sub would.

Tub-to-Shower Conversions

Drain relocations, valve set-outs, and pan-ready rough-ins for curbless and standard showers — set to your tile layout, not to whatever was easiest.

Fixture Relocations

Moving toilets, sinks, and showers to fit the new floor plan — supply and DWV rerouted through slab, wall, or ceiling as the design requires.

Kitchen & Island Lines

Sink relocations, island supply and drain runs, pot fillers, ice makers, disposals, and gas lines for ranges and cooktops.

Rough-In to Trim-Out

One sub for the whole plumbing scope: rough, top-out, inspections, then back for a clean trim-out once your finishes are in.

DWV Surprises, Handled

Old cast iron, undersized vents, corroded galvanized — when demo opens the wall, we price the fix as a clear written change order and keep the job moving.

Sub Paperwork Done Right

COIs, lien waivers, scheduled draws, and clean billing that maps to your scope — the boring stuff that makes a sub easy to keep using.

How It Works

Our Process

01

Scope & Bid

Send plans or walk us through the space — you get a clear line-item bid with committed rough-in and trim-out dates.

02

Rough-In

Supply and DWV set to the new layout, valves and boxes placed to your tile and cabinet dimensions.

03

Top-Out & Inspection

Tested, inspected, and signed off before your drywall crew shows up — first pass, not third.

04

Trim-Out

Fixtures, valves, and appliances set clean after finishes — protected floors, no scratched chrome, no punch-list stragglers.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Do you work for homeowners, or only contractors?

Most of our remodel work comes through the remodeling contractor running the project — we plug into their schedule as the plumbing sub. Homeowners managing their own remodel are welcome to reach out too; we're happy to talk through the plumbing scope.

Can you keep up with a production remodeling schedule?

Yes. That's the business we're built for. We commit to rough-in and trim-out dates when we bid, we show up when the schedule says, and we tell you early if anything threatens a date — because we know your tile setter and your cabinet crew are stacked up behind us. We take on standing sub relationships, not just one-off jobs.

Do you handle permits and inspections for the plumbing scope?

Yes — we handle the plumbing permit and inspections for our scope and coordinate timing with your project schedule, so rough inspections don't stall your drywall or tile.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — JMG Plumbing LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured in Arizona, and we grew out of JMG Contracting, a licensed Arizona general contractor. Certificates of insurance are available on request, and we handle the lien waivers and paperwork GCs expect.
