Plumbing Repairs

What We Handle

Repairs and replacements for homeowners, landlords, and property managers — quoted up front, done to code, and cleaned up like we were never there. We grew out of a general contracting company, so the workmanship standard is a contractor's standard.

Water Heater Repair & Replacement

Honest diagnosis first: if it's worth fixing, we fix it. If it's done, we quote a replacement — standard tank or tankless — installed to code with permit and inspection where required.

Tankless Water Heater Installs

Upgrades from tank to tankless, including gas line sizing, venting, and condensate — installed right the first time, not just hung on the wall.

Toilets, Faucets & Disposals

Running or rocking toilets, dripping faucets, dead garbage disposals, shower valves and cartridges — the everyday fixes that are quick for us and maddening for you.

Drain & Sewer Line Repairs

Slow drains, recurring backups, and damaged sewer lines — we find the actual cause and fix the line, instead of selling you the same snake job every six months.

Water Lines & Leak Repairs

Pinhole leaks, failing angle stops and supply lines, hose bibs, pressure regulators, and slab leak reroutes — caught and corrected before they become drywall repairs.

Repipes

Whole-home repipes for aging galvanized or polybutylene systems — planned around your household, permitted, inspected, and patched-ready when we leave.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing?

No — and that's on purpose. We run scheduled repair visits, which means you get a licensed plumber at an agreed time, at a fair quoted price, instead of paying emergency premiums. If water is actively flooding your home right now, shut off your main valve and call an emergency service; for everything that can wait a day or two, we'll take good care of you.

Do you repair or replace water heaters?

Both. If your water heater is worth fixing, we'll tell you and fix it. If it's at the end of its life, we'll quote a replacement — standard tank or tankless — installed to code with permit and inspection where required. We're straight with you about which option actually makes sense for the age and condition of your unit.

What kinds of repairs do you take on?

Water heaters (repair, replacement, and tankless installs), toilets, faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, shower valves, drain and sewer line repairs, water line repairs, hose bibs, and whole-home repipes. If it's plumbing and it can be scheduled, we handle it.

How does pricing work?

We quote the work before we start it — a clear price for the repair, not an open-ended hourly meter. Because we schedule our visits instead of running emergency calls, our pricing stays honest and predictable.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — JMG Plumbing LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured in Arizona (ROC #339577), and we grew out of JMG Contracting, a licensed Arizona general contractor. Our work is permitted and inspected where the code requires it.
